Prints & Stickers: Free worldwide shipping.
Processing Times:
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. If I encounter any significant delays due to stock issues or other unforeseen circumstances, I will get in touch directly to provide updates. If your order includes a pre-order item, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.
Delivery Times:
Australian Orders: Australian orders are usually delivered within 3-6 business days. This comes at a flat rate with tracked shipping. If your order contains only print & stickers, this comes at a cheaper flat rate but with no tracking information.
International Orders: Please note that delivery times and costs can fluctuate based on the destination, package weight, and the carrier. It's also worth keeping in mind that customs and import taxes may apply for international orders, which customers are responsible for. Vauliys holds no responsibility for any customs-related delays.

Customs and Tariifs:
Customers are responsible for checking with their country’s customs office to determine any additional costs prior to purchasing. Vauliys is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
US Orders: The US has suspended the "de minimis" exemption for all items valued at US$800 or less imported to the USA from 29 August 2025 and apply an Australia tariff rate as my shop and products are mostly made in Australia.
When you place an order with my shop, I receive an invoice from Zonos to pay the tax on your behalf. This will be paid before your order is shipped.
Shipping price adjustments - effective 1 July 2025

As a customer, I completely understand that rising shipping costs are frustrating. When you place an order through my shop, I’ve chosen to absorb part of the shipping fees to keep things affordable for you. With these new changes, I’ll continue covering a portion of the cost. For transparency, I’ve listed the updated rates and details below.
